½ cup butter, softened

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring

  • Fill the cupcake liners – Spoon the batter into the liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

  • Bake – Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • Cool and decorate – Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting and decorating with cotton candy, sprinkles, or colorful frosting.

  • Make them colorful – Use pink or blue food coloring for a fun, vibrant effect.

  • Storage – Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
