  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 1 baking dish 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packets of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 small loaf French bread, cut into cubes

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Lipton Onion Soup Mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with cubed French bread, pressing them lightly into the dip to help them absorb some of the flavors.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, lightly butter and toast the French bread cubes before adding them to the dip.
  • Try mixing in bacon bits or caramelized onions for an even deeper flavor.
  • Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or veggie sticks for more dipping options.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven.
