Ingredients
Scale
- 2 packets of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 small loaf French bread, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Lipton Onion Soup Mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Top with cubed French bread, pressing them lightly into the dip to help them absorb some of the flavors.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crunch, lightly butter and toast the French bread cubes before adding them to the dip.
- Try mixing in bacon bits or caramelized onions for an even deeper flavor.
- Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or veggie sticks for more dipping options.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven.
