Instructions
- Prep the Salmon:
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes (about 1-inch pieces). For smooth slicing, use a cold knife.
- Prepare the Coating:
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the Salmon:
- Dip each salmon cube into the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- For an extra crispy texture, double-dip: egg, breadcrumb, and repeat.
- Air Fry:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
- Make the Sauce:
- While the salmon bites are cooking, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Serve:
